 Dance can bring benefits and positive influences to the world. It helps us to express ourselves when we do not want to talk, it helps us to transform ideas and moods, it reduces stress and anxiety. It improves people's physical and emotional quality of life. Dance helped me to become a more confident person and to be able to socialize with my surroundings. It is a safe place to bring happiness, entertainment and love to the audience and performers. In addition, our environment grows, we are filled with beautiful emotions such as adrenaline, excitement, tranquility and satisfaction of appreciating the movements.
